Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I discovered some repair concerns on my roof that I needed to get taken care of quickly in a short amount of time. Olympus was prompt, courteous, and thorough. They walked me through everything they were doing and charged a fair price. I'll definitely be keeping in touch for roofing projects in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were advised to look into a new roof after the closing of our home. We met with Christian who was friendly, honest & didn’t waste our time on a long drawn-out sales pitch. The company provides good rates & we will be returning to them for any/all future roofing needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Olympus Roofing for a roof replacement quote. Christian Carlson came out to inspect it. He took the time to do a thorough inspection. He checked my attic space and took drone shots of my roof. Christian was completely honest and told me a total replacement wasn’t necessary even though another company said it was. You don’t find this level of honesty and integrity much these days. It’s rare to find a contractor you can trust. When I do need a new roof, this is the only company I am calling.

FAQ About Roofing in Holladay

How much will it cost to repair or replace my roof?

Every repair and replacement is a unique situation, and we will not be able to provide an estimate until we’ve evaluated your roof. Some factors to your estimate and final project cost are the size of your home and the materials needed to repair or replace your roof. Some replacements may also require roof repairs before installing the new roofing materials, which can add to your project cost.

Is it better to install a light-colored roof on my home?

Some may think that a light-colored roof will be more energy efficient, but as long as your home is properly insulated and vented, the color of your roof will not affect the temperature of your home.

When is the best time to replace my roof?

One of the most important factors when installing a roof is that the weather is dry. Typically, the beginning of April to the end of November is the best time to schedule a roof replacement.

Our team at Olympus Roofing is trained and certified to ensure quality and safe roof installations. After five decades of serving Holladay, UT and surrounding communities, we know how roofs fare in Holladay, making recommendations that take our climate into consideration.
