Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I discovered some repair concerns on my roof that I needed to get taken care of quickly in a short amount of time. Olympus was prompt, courteous, and thorough. They walked me through everything they were doing and charged a fair price. I'll definitely be keeping in touch for roofing projects in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were advised to look into a new roof after the closing of our home. We met with Christian who was friendly, honest & didn’t waste our time on a long drawn-out sales pitch. The company provides good rates & we will be returning to them for any/all future roofing needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Olympus Roofing for a roof replacement quote. Christian Carlson came out to inspect it. He took the time to do a thorough inspection. He checked my attic space and took drone shots of my roof. Christian was completely honest and told me a total replacement wasn’t necessary even though another company said it was. You don’t find this level of honesty and integrity much these days. It’s rare to find a contractor you can trust. When I do need a new roof, this is the only company I am calling.

Types of Flat Roof Solutions We Install

TPO Roofs

TPO is a single-ply roofing membrane that is used on many commercial buildings because of its durability and flexibility. It is one of the most energy-efficient roofing solutions because it reflects sunlight. Compared to other single-ply membranes, it is quite affordable and will typically last between 15 and 20 years when properly installed and maintained.

Rubber Membrane Roofing

Rubber membrane roofing is tremendously tough yet flexible to fit on almost any type of roof. They are an ideal flat roofing solution for especially large surfaces, provided that it is flat and clean. They often come in dark colors and are known to absorb a lot of heat, which is why they are often coated with a reflective coating for energy efficiency. There are also rubber membrane products that come in lighter colors, but are more of an investment.

Why Choose a Flat Roof for Your Home or Property?

Residential Flat Roofs

Flat roofs are less expensive and also faster to install than pitched roofs. Because flat roofs are not sloped, they are easier to install, clean, and maintain over time. Flat roofs are a great solution for new additions to the home or if your home is of a more modern style. One factor you may want to consider before installing a flat roof is that debris and dirt can build up more quickly. While flat roofs are very durable and designed to keep moisture out, they may require a little more cleaning than pitched roofs.

Commercial Flat Roofs

Many commercial buildings utilize flat roofs because they are a cost-effective and low-maintenance solution that lasts for years. Another great advantage is that flat roofs offer more usable space that can double as storage. Different types of properties have different needs, which is why our experts are always available to walk you through the best flat roof solution that will work for you.
