Types of Roof Coatings We Apply

Silicone

Rubberized Aluminum

Polyureas

Urethanes

Polyurethanes
Where urethanes are flexible, polyurethanes are stiff and rigid. Polyurethane roof coatings are impact-resistant and can handle a good amount of traffic. They are available in two variations – aromatic or aliphatic polyurethane, each with their respective merits.
Granules
Granules can be added to many roof coating systems to increase the coating’s resistance to impact and abrasion. It can also improve its safety by creating a non-slip surface. It’s ideal for buildings that have a high amount of roof activity and can be used on asphalt shingles, modified bitumen roofs, and single-ply roofs.
Acrylic
Acrylic or elastomeric coatings are highly reflective and help prevent rust. It’s strong but flexible, making these acrylic coatings ideal for metal roofing because they will expand and contract with the metal. These coatings are easy to apply via a spray nozzle, making the process quicker and less labor-intensive.
