It took me a while to decide on a new roof, but Bryce was very patient. Never pushed for me to make a decision. Once I bit the bullet, the roof replacement was scheduled within 2 weeks.
The crew was very professional and correct. Will, … More the supervisor, checked in regularly to make sure there were no issues during the work. He even went to the store and replaced the vent cover in the master bathroom after it fell out due to the movement on the roof.
The new gutters will be installed in a few days, but I'm sure there will be no issues either.
Great company. Very competent crew. Competitive pricing (Olympus came in slightly higher, but they use well trained installation crews and the best materials. They also replaced the roof in 1 day, including clean up). Great customer service. Last but not least, Bryce is a very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy salesman.

Olympus Roofing was great. This was our first re-roofing experience after living here since 2003. The old shingle roof was about 25 years old, showing signs of age, and when a leak developed after a moderate rain, we decided it was time … More to replace it. We sought several bids, but only a few companies responded, and Olympus was the ONLY one that bothered to come out and actually look at our roof and any special needs. All the others either responded strictly by looking at an a remote database of homes an estimating roof size and making assumptions without actually looking at our roof. We have a shallow pitch large roof so our situation was a little unique, and only Olympus made the effort to assess our real needs. The estimate was very fair and detailed. We went with a new “TPO” type roof since our roof pitch is shallow. They came out on a Friday and were done Saturday afternoon. They did a great cleanup and removed the debris trailer Saturday evening. We’re also working with them to coordinate some additional needed work on skylights and the surrounding facia. I’d highly recommend Olympus to anyone. They responded well to our needs, did great work, were very timely, cleaned up very well, and we’re very happy with the results.

Even though paying out of pocket for a new roof is rough, Olympus offered competitive rates for competitive products. They installed a new ~3000 sq ft roof with valley metal, ridge vents, and Owens Corning Duration shingles (6 nails). -

Hired Olympus Roofing to come out and replace my roof. I received bids from a few different companies. They were the only ones to provide a nice information packet complete with references and accreditations without even having to ask for … More it. When they actually came out they were able to do a tear down of 5! layers of shingles, re-sheet, and re-shingle the house in one day leaving behind a nice complete and professional finished product. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new roof. They may not be the cheapest option but they seem to be worth the price. Now it's just a waiting game to see how it holds up over the next 10, 20, 30+? years.

Great work! Olympus Roofing was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. Our roof was damaged in a windstorm that took place recently. Their price for the roof replacement was very fair. Not only did they crank our the entire … More project in a day, but they really had good quality work. The roof looks great!One thing I will mention is if you are afraid that your driveway might get damaged by the dumpster, make sure to tell them so that they can put extra plywood and take other precautions. The dumpster was delivered and I got concerned about our driveway. When I let Olympus know, they had the dumpsters company come back and put more protective materials under the dumpster that SAME DAY to give me more peace of mind. I was very impressed and felt valued as their customer.Highly recommend!Service: Roof installation

There was some additional communication involved regarding being worked in, due to some bad weather when it came time to do the roof installation. All of that was handled very well, even though the other office staff were filling in for Ann. Also, additional work had to be done at the last minute to appease my ins. co. claim handler; which went smoothly... and I didn't have to get involved much with that. The roofing went flawlessly, and they even removed my swamp cooler. What a great experience from arrival, install, clean-up to departure. This is rental property and they trusted I would pay, and I trusted they would do the job--they did and sent pictures before and after. I am somewhat familiar with roofing supplies and was delighted to hear they didn't use Home Depot turbines, rather the top of the line turbines. Olympus Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. They came out within a week to do an estimate and had a quote to me one day later. I was worried about getting it done before cold weather set in, and know that everyone else would want … More their work done quickly for the same reason, as well as the building boom in Utah tieing up crews. I shared my concern with Olympus and they shortened the start date from 3 weeks to 8 days. With my steep roof, only certain crews will work on them. When the start day came they showed up with 3 crews and to my total amazement a 3 to 4 day job took ONE day, including tearing off 3 layers, new sheathing and shingling. The workers were like a fine tuned basketball team, talking and coordinating the whole time. Not once did I see a worker wasting time on his cell phone, and they only stopped for 15 minutes for lunch. As for price, roofs are not cheap, but all 4 quotes I got were within 4% so I knew the price was fair. They did everything they said in the contract, they were fully insured, they worked to code, they had no safety issues and used harnesses. They worked hard cleaning up, went over the yard multiple times with magnets and completely filled two dumpsters. He helped us select a color of the composition roofing which turned out to be a perfect match we wanted. He said that a large crew would be out within a week and we got a call from Ann soon after giving us the exact date. Key to our decision to use Olympus Roofing was the quick and helpful response to quote, the competitive price, scope of work and the short time to get the job started and completed compared to other roofers. 10 men in 5 hours stripped the roof, put down a new roof and cleaned up the area. Supplies and a dumpster arrived a day before. Dumpster removed the day after completion. Great job, Great suppliers from a Great and Caring company.

But...as the weather warmed up, and the snow started to melt from my roof, a leak formed. Right over my newly-refinished hardwood floors.I stressed. Should I patch, or replace?! And then the spring rains came. And the leak grew worse.I looked at patching, I can't lie. Used a company recommended by a friend. They came, and patched. The leak came back.I called Olympus. Don - who'd assessed my roof initially- came straightaway. He had several others lined up in front of me, but he said he'd ask them if me - my roof - could come first. Sure enough, they were the best of our three bids,, they had a dumpster delivered the morning of the installation, a crew of 5 or 6 hard workers showed up and they … More tore off two layers of shingles, repaired some plywood and had it re-shingle by midafternoon. The dumpster was gone by the time I got home from work. They cleaned up 99% of their mess...I found one lose shingle on the grass. No big deal. They covered the flowers for protection and a few got smashed a bit but all survived. All to be expected. Great job!
